OROANTRAL COMMUNICATION AND FISTULA TREATMENT.

Four month a go a sinus lift was performed and an oroantral communication and fistula was created. The case was send it to us in order to repair and to build a new condition for the implant placement. The first step was to identified the Schneider Membrane and create a new roof for the sinus. We did this suturing the membrane to the bone. Then we protected it with a collagen membrane mixed with PRF. Then we filled this part of the sinus with cortical puros. We did placed the implant at the same procedure.
