INTILED. Facade lighting - Lighting mockups for historical forts near St. Petersburg

An excellent illustration highlighting the importance of lighting mockups can be seen in the video showcasing historical forts near St. Petersburg. These forts were constructed on artificial islands in the Baltic Sea during the 18th and 19th centuries. Due to the challenging sea conditions and remote locations, arranging mockups was initially complex but proved highly effective. City dwellers are accustomed to high ambient brightness, so when working with isolated objects in areas with minimal light, reducing façade illumination significantly while maintaining object brightness is achievable. Consequently, test outcomes enabled a remarkable reduction in historical fort facade illumination by up to half.
