Shakuhachi F# -- .

Truly Kyotaku sound but made not of rootend piece of bamboo. Thin laquer layer placed inside. Some ellipse to the end of flute virtually tapering it`s channel adding this effect to it`s natural taper. A huge range -- 3 octaves. Not very wide channel for its lenght , and so not very big holes. Finely tuned balance like in rootend ones. Its without utaguchi inlay put on, think its really full of self beauty even without useless details. It was made to play Koku Nishimura honkyoku by ear, cause he perfered exactly this key. Well, maybe because of ancient crude recordings of Koku or maybe because of my personal talents in building flutes :) but my flute sounds great even in compare with Sensei playing :)
