Cornell University PhD student faces deportation over pro-Palestinian action

More than 10,000 people have signed a petition defending Momodou Taal, a foreign graduate student at Cornell University, who is facing suspension and potential deportation for his participation in a pro-Palestinian demonstration at the school’s career fair.
