Impaction treatment Is dependent upon two factors, age and location. If growth potential is high(young p’t) and the impaction is well-positioned, spontaneous eruption is highly possible by space creation. If age and location are not ideal, a number of surgical and orthodontic interventions may be considered to expose and upright the impacted tooth. In this case the patient has two impacted teeth. One required a full-flap surgery, followed by creating a moving path with a carbide bur. The other one erupted spontaneously. 阻生齒治療須考量兩個因素：患者年齡和阻生齒位置。如果是年輕患者，生長潛力高，阻生齒的位置適當，那麼單純藉由打開空間，阻生齒就極可能自然萌發。反之，如果年齡和位置不適當，那麼就需要考慮以手術和矯正方式將阻生齒暴露並拉出扶正。本案例中患者有兩顆阻生齒。一顆需透過full-flap surgery暴露牙齒後，再以Carbide bur創造一個較容易的移動的路徑。另一顆則是自然萌發。
