2022 KX450SR VS 2023 KX450 | NJ FIELD OF DREAMS MX
Welcome back to the channel. We are testing out a 2022 KX450SR with suspension set up for a vet rider vs my 2023 Delmarva Power Sports KX450 with suspension done by FC. Both have Xtrigs. But most impressive was the motor. The stock KX motor is just lethargic. Like for a super hard pack track its great. But anything deep it takes a long time to get through the range. The SR on the hand is quick to the top of the power and keeps pulling. Definitely gains with that head and mapping. KYB vs my Showa. KYB always been super compliant, less negative feedback but blows through the stroke quicker. Showa is just the opposite. More hold up. So when you hit stuff hard or jump into rough, I feel like it handles it better but you sacrifice a little bit of comfort. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks for watching.
