Pole Trick Tutorial: Thigh Knee Hang Balance (Advanced Level)

Try a new #poledoublestrick with Caro and Theresa’s tutorial on Thigh Knee Hang Balance. This trick is great for pole dancers with intermediate to advance experience. To do this trick, the lower partner will do an outside knee hang and pushes up with both arms from the pole. Their arms must be stable with the back pushed slightly upwards.
