Ventricular Fibrillation during Left Ventriculography.
During routine left ventriculography that was performed after stent placement in a 56-year-old man who presented with sudden-onset chest pain, there was moderate systolic dysfunction with anterior-wall hypokinesis of the left ventricle. Ventricular fibrillation occurred during the procedure and was successfully treated with immediate defibrillation.
