Ricky Lundell is back showing how to granby roll out of a rear slam. Ricky Lundell is an American Jiu-Jitsu player/Grappler, and Co-founder of UoG. The youngest American to earn a BJJ Black Belt (under Pedro Sauer) , Ricky has worked with UFC/WEC fighters across North America including champions such as Sean Sherk, Frank Mir, Miguel Torres, and Forrest Griffin. Lundell wrestled and lettered at Iowa State University without any prior wrestling experience, shocking the grappling and wrestling world.
