SambaStories Live

SambaStories (c) is a new cross-cultural project of Samba de Maria : 10 new songs filled with sunshine, joy, hope and love. This is original author’s music in modern orchestral arrangements. The program includes compositions not only in the style of classic bossa-nova and samba, but also in such genres as samba rock, jazz rock, latin jazz, bossa pop. Most of the compositions are written based on the verses of the iconic Portuguese and Brazilian poets: Luis de Camões, Fernando Pessoa, Florbela Espanca, Mario de Sa-Carneiro, Carlos Drummond de Andrade and Mario Cesarini de Vasconcelos.
