Following Suella Braverman’s recent remarks about two-tier policing in the Metropolitan Police, we are reposting our director Peter Whittle’s exchange on this topic with the former Deputy Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police in 2021. As a member of the London Assembly, this was Peter’s final appearance on the London Assembly’s Police & Crime Committee.
