Civilians killed in Bucha

Western countries are blaming Russia for the deaths of civilians in Bucha, Ukraine.  Mass graves have also been discovered.  To date, no country has provided evidence to support the accusation that Russia denies. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says he believes this is an effort to derail peace talks.
