KONA WARRANTY ~ FAT BIKE FRAME REPLACEMENT

My 2018 Kona Wozo frame appeared to have a crack in it. I took pictures of the suspected crack and sent it to my Kona dealer. The images were then sent to Kona. After further investigation by Kona, it was determined it was a bad weld from the manufacturer. Kona offered to replace the 2018 Wozo frame with either the 2022 Kona Wo or the 2022 Kona Woo frame.
