Food palletizing : The performance of the KR QUANTEC 2 PA and its KR C5 controler

Inariz has had 3 KUKA robots since 2006 and choose to retrofit the existing tool with a brand new KR QUANTEC PA and its new generation KR C5 controler. Two of the KR QUANTEC PAs, specialized for palletizing applications, are used to enclose raw rice pouches, while the other two are responsible for unpacking cooked rice pouches for packaging. The robotic system is programmed to run 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Dominique Germain, Technical Manager at Inariz since its inception, talks about the trusting relationship that has existed between Inariz and KUKA ever since, and explains how his production line works.
