Leopard Slugs Mating

Watch as two Leopard Slugs mate. They entwine their bodies while hanging from a slimy mucus rope. The spotted skin on their heads slides back to reveal a flesh-colored head. These slugs are hermaphroditic, meaning each slug has male and female sex organs and will both fertilize and be fertilized by the other slug. Their penis’ come out if the side of their head. Yup, you read that right.
