Simba x Kovu | Sahara

HD* this was a spare of the moment project that turned into a week project of 3 full mins of crossover. these two are life. honestly though. Okay so about this vid: at first I was gonna do kiara x vitani since kiara is my persona, so yeah even though its simba x kovu it’s a slightly personal video♥♥ and this is also in my LA style mainly, which means aesthetics are a big thing. The only full color scenes are when Simba and Kovu are together. and when Simba and Nala are together it is supposed to look rough and too dream like because he doesn’t really love Nala, he kind of just pretends too because he doesn’t want to be gay. There’s also a storyline: Simba and Kovu met when they were kids. They would always play around together and in the end Simba started falling for Kovu. Kovu moved away and Simba moved on, and started to believe his feelings were just a phase and that he shouldn’t like Kovu. But he stiill misses him. Alot. Fast forward a few years and Simba still is struggling with who he is, especially in his teenage years. He then dismisses who he is completely because he thinks it’s wrong and he just wants to be “normal“ and tries a relationship with nala. Nala and Simba’s relationship doesn’t last long because Simba doesn’t love her the way he should, he doesn’t even have feelings for her really. He then argues with Nala and tells her that he doesn’t have feelings for her and that what they had didn’t even feel real, it was more like a dream. He then runs away, struggling with who he is, because he has feelings for guys, not girls. A few months pass and he sees kovu, or what looks like him, but dismisses it because he KNOWS Kovu is long gone. He then tells his family and friends that he is gay and they all don’t accept him. However, it really is Kovu, and a few weeks later he accidentally finds Kovu in the jungle. They end up talking and falling in love with eachother. They then spend a night together, and for a week everything is great, they have a relationship and they seem to love eachother. But one day Simba wakes up and ends up fighting with Kovu and says he doesn’t love him and he isn’t sure what he wants anymore, if he even wants Kovu. He tells Kovu to go, and so Kovu runs away. Simba then over the course of the next few days, regrets his decision, and actaully decides what he feels for Kovu is love and that he is accepting who he is. Simba then finds Kovu and Kovu tells Simba he loves him and Simba tells Kovu he was wrong and he loves him too, and they the reconcile and start a new relationship together. (I just realized that the storyline reminds me of “Shelter“ one of my fave gay movies it’s so good like aah) ♥ Enjoy (also dedicated to: Emily, Reiika, Fennix, and Jerrie-who is the cupcake who inspired heavily the part at 1:36)
