Coursing Meeting - Greyhounds (no racing). Location of events unknown. People (dog owners and spectators) at a greyhound coursing meet - sometimes called Lure Coursing (not racing on track). CUs of men shaking hands; smoking cigars; talking to each other; etc. Some people standing up on some higher level; to see better.
