Ex Aikido vs MMA - After One Year of MMA Training - 2020

It’s been two years since the original Aikido vs MMA video where as an Aikido instructor I’ve exposed myself to show that Aikido doesn’t work in an MMA fight. For a year after I tried to re-invent my Aikido, eventually coming to a conclusion that it is not worth it and instead devoted myself to full time MMA training. After a year I trained in US at SBG Portland under coach Matt Thornton and then at SBG Ireland under coach John Kavanagh. After a year of training I was ready to meet the same professional MMA
