Tuna Gimbap (참치 김밥) Recipe: Season 4, Ep. 11- Chef Julie Yoon
I’ve had Gimbap, or Korean Rice Rolls, with canned tuna before, but it was when I ate them in Korea that I found a true appreciation for them. I liked how it reminded me of a classic tuna fish sandwich, and it was a lighter twist on classic Gimbap that’s normally made with beef.
