Speaking in front of a whole bunch of generals and admirals today, Trump said that America’s submarines are 100% undetectable and that he sent one or two of them to the Russian shores back in August. But did he really? Nobody knows, since they are supposedly undetectable. By definition, something is undetectable if no one can detect it. And if no one can detect it, how would anyone know it’s there? They wouldn’t—unless they believe every word spoken by someone like Trump. Would this be the MAGA crowd, perhaps? Incidentally, does Trump know that there are 10 Russian undetectable submarines near both coasts of the United States? Or 12? Or 15? Nobody really knows, since they are also undetectable.
