The Enets // Disappearing Taimyr People // Indigenous Peoples Of Russia

In the 30s of our century, a new life came to Taimyr along with huge icebreakers. The Enets are a Samoyedic ethnic group who live on the east bank of the Yenisei River. Historically nomadic people, they now mainly inhabit in Krasnoyarsk Krai in western Siberia near the Arctic Circle.
