⁴ᴷ⁶⁰ Walking NYC in the Rain & Wind: The High Line Elevated Park

I walk the entirety of the High Line Elevated Park in NYC from West 34th Street near 12th Avenue to Gansevoort Street in Manhattan a very windy & rainy day.
