This is just one of more than 300 compositions from her ouevre. Originally, it is composed for violoncello and piano, but the majority of cellists seem not to care very much about its existence... and we, double bassists are missing so badly such great sonatas 😂 For my own, this is one of the most beautiful pieces I ever played.
