ASTRO’s sub-unit Moon Bin and Yoon Sanha had their first Fan Concert in Seoul last March 18 and 19, 2023. And they are having a fan con tour outside Korea afterwards. Their first stop was Manila, Philippines last March 25, 2023. BinSan were greeted by their Filo-Rohas with high energy throughout the concert. This video is about the Intro-VCR and WHO performance of Moonbin and Sanha. WHO is the title track of their 2nd Mini album REFUGE, which was release on March 15, 2022. Hope you’ll enjoy the video.
