UPDATE on the new EU ban on retinol skincare containing more than 0.3% retinal and what this could mean for our skincare routine. This is an update on the proposed legislation and changes which are being brought in and I would love to know your thoughts so please let me know in the comments below. #skincare #retinol Topics in this video: skincare, skincare routine, skincare review, skin care, skin care review, skin care routine, retinol, retinol serum, does retinol work, how to use retinol, retinol serums, retinol study, how to use retinol in your skincare routine, skincare 2023, skin care 2023, mad about skin, madaboutskin, mad about skin retinol, anti-aging, anti-ageing, anti aging, anti ageing, retinol skincare routine, retinol vs retinal, is retinol banned, eu retinol rules, shorts, YouTube shorts, shorts video, skincare shorts, skin care shorts, the ordinary retinol,
