Stuffed nasturtium leaves

Out of season, but a great reminder that warmer days are soon to come. Today I’m making stuffed nasturtium leaves (well, I made them in July, but i didn’t get around to editing the video until now) Nasturtium are a beautiful plant to have in the garden, grows fast, has beautiful flowers that insects love and.... tastes SO GOOD. Literally every part of the plant. The leaves are a great ingredient for salads (or these rolls) the flowers are a spicy snack, even the seeds can be eaten like wasabi peas.
