LOOSEN TIGHT HIPS & ALLEVIATE BACK PAIN | Primal Movement Ground Sitting for Simple Mobility

Spending too much time sitting can wreak havoc on your hips and back. But there’s a simple solution that will help alleviate pain and build mobility! Try these simple & “natural“ stretches to keep your body in balance. You’ll find these movements in many of my follow-along videos. This clips is at 4x speed to highlight some of the variations of movement that I use within each position to nurture my mobility. Spend time exploring different movements in each position to find out what works best for your body. Static stretching alone has limited value. Mobility requires intention & movement! Perform these ground sitting stretches daily - they work best when you make them part of your everyday routine.
