This is the Pagurus, a 25 m long, solar-powered amphibious catamaran, that can be used at sea, and also on land. The Pagurus is nothing like your average catamaran. It is dubbed the “crabmaran“ for its ability to crawl on to land like a crab. The name Pagurus means “hermit crab“ which is in line with its capabilities. This elegant and versatile yacht is designed by Italian designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini of the Rome based Lazzarini Design Studio.
