Melodic Fretless Bass Song with Delay - White Orchid

Front to back take of my song “White Orchid“ on my fretless Cortex bass! Love playing double stops, major thirds and slides on this fretless, works great with single repeat delay when going for that melancholy in the fretless mwah and vibrato. I wrote this song ten years ago and have been playing it ever since, it’s a piece I can really pour my heart into, makes me grateful for music! I’m playing my Cortex bass from Switzerland strung up with Ernie Ball Super Slinkys, the flamed maple fingerboard has an epoxy coating, the body is made of walnut with a spalted maple top, knobs are vol, bass, treble, with a Nordstrand Dual Coil pickup and Glockenklang preamp. I used a Rodenberg 707b, a Darkglass Hyper Luminal compressor and a Walrus Audio D1 Delay, the signal was recorded straight into a Focusrite pro 24 audio interface in Cubase, mastering was done with Ozone 4.
