TMNT Nightwatcher Flail

A few months ago I was watching TMNT with my son and noticed the awesome flail type weapon Nightwatcher AKA Raphael had and instantly knew I had to try recreate it. It may not be exactly the same due to limited reference pictures and videos of the weapon plus they were all different in the references I could find but I tried my best.
