An excellent session made for WSKF Family leading by Sensei Hitoshi Kasuya. Focused in: Basic-Fundaments Chinte as the main Kata Kumite Strategy: ’Do not allow gaps between actions’. Defense and immediately counter and, attack and immediately counterattack. The emphasis in the training with passion and be ’hungry’ encourage to think out of the box and pursue innovation.
