Horse Cake Tutorial | How To Make Horse Cake

HORSE TEMPLATE When I used to run a cake shop in the early 2000’s, horse cakes were very popular. I don’t know how popular they are now though. One of my dear customers had a daughter who absolutely loved horses! So every year for her birthday she would order this horse cake which I am sharing with you in this video ☺️ I hope you like it! I used modelling paste (see recipe below) to make the decorations and I used plain fondant to cover the cake.
