The Kirovsky and Sovetsky districts were also swept by a flood. In Kerch, thousands of people were left without electricity and water supply. Heavy rains led to the overflow of the Melek-Chesme River, flooding affected the city hospital. Rescuers evacuated 1,387 people from the flooded buildings. As of June 18, 155 people have been placed in temporary shelters.
