Hexagonal Pink Tourmaline from Nigeria

tourmaline precision cut by Marsha Tokarski weighs ct. and measures 9.6 x 9.6 x 7.2 mm. This is from a large production from Nigeria in the late 1990s. The supply lasted for 5 years and as quickly as it came it was gone. Nice gems as they did not require heating and therefore were less risk as heating often causes damage to the gem.
