“Down in Mexico stands a 17,000 ft mountain, rejoicing in the name of Mt Ixtlaccihuatl. The natives similarly rejoice when mountaineering enthusiasts ask for assistance - “ M/S of group of men riding horses past the camera in a dusty Mexican town.
