Some people find that they can’t concentrate, for others it’s a dullness or sense of mental fatigue. So in this video I’m going to share some of what I’ve learnt from my brain fog journey, how certain types of breathing techniques can help, and then I’ll guide you through one of the exercises so that you can experience it for yourself. Also, what’s really exciting is that there are a whole group of breathing exercises called the Buteyko Method that can be used to permanently cure brain fog, for some people anyway, so stay tuned to the end of the video, and I’ll give you some more information about those.
