Sakuya, the maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, wants to revert back to her roots for some odd reason. ------------------ Now that I think about it, ZUN’s Sakuya in the old days wasn’t thaaat bad. Sure, it looked awkward, but hey, give the man credit for trying. Also I might as well give out one of my opinions on Touhou’s art: I like ZUN’s artstyle more than almost all of the artists he had worked with for spinoffs or official print works. Not only is the style very cute, but it has a unique charm to it and prevents the franchise from delving too deep into the territory of “generic anime game.“ I’m not saying the fan artists ZUN got to work for official material were horrible, far from it. I just think that ZUN’s artstyle is just a tad bit too underappreciated in my opinion.
