Tymna Turns cEDH deck tech

This is a turns deck that utilizes Tymnas amazing card drawing power. This deck can be built differently depending on how you want it to function. I think this might be the only viable cEDH build for ludevic necro alchemist. He is something of a group hug commander but in this build, we are the only ones reaping the benefits.
