On July 21, 2012, Phoenix, Arizona based photographer Mike Olbinski captured this incredible time-lapse of the birth of a cluster of thunderstorms, the outflow from which resulted in an amazingly photogenic dust storm, or “haboob,“ that rolled through the valley surrounding Phoenix on July 21, 2012!
