Joanna Prado-Pacheco: ‘I Survived’

During the first Live Open Announcement of 2016, two former Games athletes took on the workout alongside two employees from the Western Digital Corporation. Joanna Prado-Pacheco, an operations analyst with WDC, successfully completed the scaled version of the workout and became an inspiration to CrossFit athletes everywhere.
