This is a case of a 66-year-old gentleman presents with extent II thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm (TAAA) secondary to chronic dissection with a maximal diameter of 6 cm. This video is of central cannulation (aortic and pulmonary artery) and sequential clamping from distal to proximal, in the surgical management of chronic type B dissection utilizing hypothermic circulatory arrest.
