Tesla Model 3 - Foldable Print in place, 3D printing and building

STL- There are a lot of Tesla enthusiasts among manufacturers using 3D printers. That’s why the Space-X series and Cybertruck I designed are very popular. And they’re driving Tesla cars too. To repay the support of these countless people, we designed the Model 3 this time. The Tesla Model 3 suffered considerable difficulties due to the unique structure of its all-glass roof. So I couldn’t reproduce all the parts that open and close except for the hood. Instead, we tried one new thing, and that’s the side of this car. The cars I have designed so far have very prominent laminated traces like tree rings on the side of the car due to the printing direction according to the characteristics of the folding structure. So, I thought about how to reduce this, but this time, I took off the side door thinly and printed it separately. As a result, the design and character lines of the side of this Model 3 car were more clearly visible. However, it may be difficult to apply this method to all cars. Model 3 was possible because the shape of the split line on the door coincided well. Caution! When opening the hood, you must push it forward. Opening the hood by simply lifting it may cause the front windows to fall. Please be careful. Check out the video for more details on printing and assembly.
