Written, performed and produced by John Haydock.
A slow burning blues tune. BRAND NEW TUNE. I wanted to write a noir style tune that could either be about Angel as a person, or Angel as the personification of a city - in this case specifically Los Angeles, City of the Angels. I love Raymond Chandler novels. I wanted that feel in the song and video. Hopefully it came across.

LYRICS:
Angel’s gone bad from her head down to her feet
Angel’s gone bad from her head down to her feet
She’s moving to the rhythm
Of the broken dirty streets
When the Santa Ana winds blow
They set fire to this town
When the Santa Ana winds blow
They set fire to this town
Angel’s gone bad, she ain’t looking for a cure
Angel’s gone bad, she ain’t looking for a cure
First you take the money
And then you find the door
Angel’s gone bad, she don’t turn out the light
Angel’s gone bad, she don’t turn out the light
When the Santa Ana winds blow
They set fire to the town
When the Santa Ana winds blow
They set fire to this town
Angel’s gone bad
That girl is lost to sin
She stares off into the night
Prays for rain
