Whenever I move to a new passion project, I challenge myself: What can I do to make it better, more immersive and create something never seen before. It’s really hard to work up those expectations but it’s my fundamental driving force since day one. It pushes me to not to lean back and relax but instead work harder than the year before to grow a director and filmmaker. This passion project is very special as it started with a big technical development way before the trip. The goal was clear, there was no other way than to use high-quality cinema cameras for this passion project to capture animals in slow motion and to step up the quality. For this mission, the the current Cinelifter FPV drones were not sufficient as I used them before for 2 years in the same environment and there was room for improvement.
