Flooding Hamas tunnels realistic?

In this video I’m talking about plans of IDF on flooding the Hamas tunnels, if it’s achievable or not, and what is the most likely outcome, and how it might impact Gaza in long term. Also I look in to where they have learned how to build sophisticated network of tunnels.
