Tina Charles - Compromise (Vibrations - 1975)

Tina Charles sings with the group Vibrations - Compromise (1975). Sounding soulful, Tina takes the lead vocal on this track from Vibrations. This was their only record release (Side 2 - Im Sorry - is here: ). Vibrations consisted of Tina Charles, Martin Jay and Nicky North. Charles and Jay knew each other well from their extensive session work, and they had also previously performed together in the group Northern Lights. They had a European hit Fly Away (not released in the UK) as Airbus in 1974. The pair soon went on to enjoy even greater success as 5000 Volts, having a hit worldwide with I’m On Fire, which went to number one in Germany.
