Texas Salsa Congress Lombard Twins March 2009

Every March, Houston, Texas gets a chance to serve up a bit of its down home southern hospitality to dancers and spectators from all over the world. With over 60 dance shows the TSC will be one of the largest dance events to hit the Lone Star State! We founded this event with the help of the one and only, David Melendez at the Westin Oaks-Galleria.
