HOOP WORKSHOP - 4 HOOP/QUAD HOOP TECH

This is my FLAME 2017 workshop submission! This workshop will focus on quad hoop tech. Experience with double hoops is not required but will definitely help! I can provide same size quad sets for those who do not have them. ► We will begin by introducing some ways to get into the traditional 4 hoop grip setup, including the butterfly hinge and variations. ► We will then explore different simple fold patterns and grip switches. We will expand upon these folds and grips to create more complex patterns and isolation variations. ► We will conclude the class by combining all of these moves into even more complex patterns including but not limited to quad flowers, quad butterflies and variations of those.
