Using 1 kilo of MINCED MEAT I’ve prepared a fantastic ROULADE! .Ingredients: For the filling: spinach - 300 g (10.6 oz) cheese cream - 500 g ( oz) pressed cheese - 250 g (8.8 oz) garlic - 1 clove olive oil - 8 ml ( fl oz) For the base: minced chicken meat - 1 kg (2.2 lb) eggs - 2 pieces salt - 8 g ( oz) black pepper - 4 g ( oz) sweet paprika - 8 g ( oz) IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/45 minutes
