Anti Communist Fighters Fled To This Village In Thailand

My first visit to Ban Rak Thai was way too short and all I got from that first visit was that it was a Yunnanese Chinese Village thats close to the Thai/Myanmar Border. It wasn’t until I went home and did proper research (way to go Forrest) that the origin story of this village was actually from fleeing Kuomintang/Nationalist Chinese forces that took refuge here from the Chinese Communist during and after the Chinese Civil War.
